I'm Starry, a certified fitness coach with a passion for helping everyday adults feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through smart, sustainable movement. I specialize in working with busy professionals and older adults who want to make fitness a consistent, empowering part of their routine — even with limited time, past injuries, or zero gym experience.

 

Why I Do This

I’ve seen firsthand how transformative strength training can be — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It’s not about extremes or pushing to the limit. It’s about building a body that moves well, feels energized, and supports you through every season of life.

 

I created this coaching program to cut through the confusion, the pressure, and the “one-size-fits-all” fitness noise. Here, it’s personal. It’s tailored. And it’s all about creating real results that stick — with clarity, consistency and compassion.
