My passion for fitness began in middle school, playing multiple sports and participating in inter-school competitions. Movement was never just exercise for me — it was confidence, community, and strength.

When I moved to the United States for graduate school, that passion deepened. I became a regular at my university’s fitness center, training 6–7 days a week. It was during that season of life that I truly fell in love with strength training — not just for how it changes your body, but for how it transforms your mindset.

Fast forward 15 years — after marriage, children, career, and life’s many responsibilities — I felt called to help others who struggle with accountability, motivation, and consistency in their fitness journey. I understand how hard it can be to prioritize yourself.

That’s when I decided to turn my passion into purpose.

I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and I am currently expanding my expertise by working toward certifications in Group Fitness Training, Corrective Exercise, and Nutrition Coaching. My goal is to provide safe, effective, and sustainable programs tailored to real life.

I welcome everyone. It is never too late to start. Strength training shifts how we see aging — it builds resilience, independence, confidence, and longevity. Fitness is not about perfection; it’s about progress.
